Full-Time Estate Planning Paralegal
Experience with estate planning documentation, document production and clients is necessary, so that our Estate Planning documentation is efficiently and properly prepared from attorney worksheets and when presented to clients. Paralegal certification, 3 years of estate planning experience is necessary; document production is usually scheduled with adequate time according to availability.
Business/Real Estate Attorney
Buynak Fauver Archbald & Spray, LLP seeks an associate with 0-2 years of experience in general business to join a growing practice. The associate will initially support business matters including corporate formation and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and excellent writing and public speaking skills.
